Dr. Bruce E. Ellison is native to the San Francisco Bay Area. He
received his Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from
the University of California at Berkeley. He then worked as a
mechanical engineer for the Department of the Navy for several
years as a Design Engineer and Project Manager.
Stanford University School of Medicine was his choice for pursuit of a career as a physician. He received his Medical
Doctorate degree from Stanford School of Medicine and stayed to complete a general surgery internship at Stanford Medical
Center. Dr. Ellison then performed orthopaedic basic science and completed an
Orthopaedic Surgery research fellowship at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center.
Dr. Ellison completed his orthopaedic residency training at the Phoenix
Orthopaedic Residency Program. He practices general
orthopedics with emphasis in Sports Medicine and Minimally Invasive
Orthopedic Surgery.
